Duratec Camshaft Pair IN-300deg/13.20mm lift, EX-290deg/12.50mm Lift includes Vernier Pulleys

This cam profile was designed over several years of development to push the Duratec over 300bhp, not only do they produce high power output but a large power spread as well. In order to do this the lift of the inlet camshaft is over 13mm & the exhaust cam profile over 12.5mm which must be used with a special spring, cam & platform kit VLSK-DUR-01K that we have designed.

Cylinder head modification will be required in most cases to allow lobe clearance within the head casting. To achieve the full performance from this cam profile, it is recommended that it is only used with high end components, please contact us for further details.

2.0L/2.3L/2.4L/2.5L 16V Duratec Inlet cam 13.20mm lift, 300 degrees duration, TDC lift at No4 cylinder: 4.16mm
2.0L/2.3L/2.4L/2.5L 16V Duratec Exhaust cam 12.50mm lift, 290 degrees duration,  TDC lift at No4 cylinder: 3.60mm

Please note that these camshafts are ground to order and will take approximately 5 working days, please ensure you have ordered the correct components as they are non-returnable.

All SBD camshafts have been designed in conjunction with Kent Cams and extensively tested on the dynamometer.

*Power gains can only be achieved provided your engine has the components to complement it. E.g. exhaust manifold & system, induction system & cylinder head porting where required. If you look at our upgrade kits they will give you more help.
