We developed this camshaft kit over time as a rally cam & although the duration of the cam is quite long we have found it to be one of the most flexible profiles we sell today ideal for use in engines being used from fast road track day engines all the way up to full tarmac & race engines. The engine is extremely drivable throughout the entire rev range & is used in our TP245 kit, TP270 kit & TP290 kit. We have found this to be our most popular selling cam profile. Vernier pulleys are included.
This cam requires valve spring, cap & platform kit VLSK-DUR-01K.
These camshafts require a rod & piston upgrade and can only be used on engines with throttle bodies.
2.0L/2.3L/2.4L/2.5L 16V Duratec Inlet cam – 11.98mm lift, 310 degrees duration, TDC lift at No4 cylinder: 3.75mm
2.0L/2.3L/2.4L/2.5L 16V Duratec Exhaust cam – 11.27mm lift, 294 degrees duration, TDC lift at No4 cylinder: 3.30mm
Used in our Duratec Taper Throttle Kits TP-KIT-FD-DUR2-0L-245, TP-KIT-FD-DUR2-0L-270 & TP-KIT-FD-DUR2-0L-290.

All SBD camshafts have been designed in conjunction with Kent Cams and extensively tested on the dynamometer.
*Power gains can only be achieved provided your engine has the components to complement it. E.g. exhaust manifold & system, induction system & cylinder head porting where required. If you look at our upgrade kits they will give you more help.
