2.0L/2.3L Duratec CNC Port Work for use with Standard Valves

This specification of CNC port work uses standard valve sizes and has the potential for 275bhp on the 2.0L engine and 290bhp on the 2.3L engine. The cylinder head that you provide must either be brand new or in good serviceable condition. The head must be stripped down and we do not require any components within it. If your original valves are in good condition you can reuse them when the head is returned to you. If you have any doubt on the condition of the valves, we can quote you for new valves. The valve guides must be in good condition. If upon inspection they need replacing we will contact you and advise you of costs for replacing the guides.

All the Duratec head performance figures are based on the 2008-on Focus high port head. Read more information about Duratec cylinder heads

Earlier heads are likely to produce 10-15bhp less. The maximum performance figures shown are based on using our components; we cannot confirm what your gains would be with non-SBD components. The results should be similar for the 2.0L & 2.3L Duratec, just produced at different rpm. Please refer to our kits for more information.
